BEST BET
HEART OF GLASS (R2 No.9): Heart Of Glass flew home for a close second behind unbeaten import Tatsumaki when first-up. The four-year-old mare stays at the track and distance and will be fitter here, and can potentially settle closer with a cleaner getaway.
NEXT BEST
PURE ALPHA (R4 No.3): Pure Alpha was also hitting the line strongly behind Tatsumaki after settling close to a fast speed, and wearing blinkers for the first time. He is unbeaten second-up with both runs over the 1400m.
MCKEYLA (R7 No.5): The scratchings of She’s Got Pizzazz and Matisse make McKeyla’s task easier. The three-year-old filly ran a gallant third in the Group 3 Typhoon Tracy Stakes at The Valley last start after a dominant win in BM64 grade.
THE JOCKEY

LATIN BOSS (R1 No.4 – $14), HEART OF GLASS (R2 No.9 – $2.70), SUBRISING (R3 No.9 – $16), GRID GIRL (R4 No.9 – $9.50), PREFERENTIAL (R6 No.12 – $9), SOFT LOVE (R7 No.8 – $9.50), NIGHT ENDEAVOR (R8 No.14 – $31), MISS ARIA (R9 No.13 – $10), PORTER (R10 No.16e – $7.50).
