Police are calling for witnesses to come forward after an apparent brawl in Melbourne following the Melbourne Derby on Saturday night.
As first reported by The Herald Sun, video shared on social media shows a group of men in an apparent altercation with another group.
According to News Corp, the brawl occurred at a Melbourne late-night strip in the inner-city suburb of Richmond.
The apparent brawl unfolded after Saturday night’s 2-2 draw between Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City at AAMI Park.

The rectangular stadium is just a short walk from where the apparent brawl took place on Swan Street after 10pm.
Bystanders can be seen in the video appearing to scramble out the way as the incident continued to spread down the busy strip.
The video shows those involved standing outside a sports bar where stools were tossed towards rival fans.
The incident continued to unfold further down the street where footpath advertising signs for local businesses were also tossed as projectiles.
Victorian police have called on any witnesses to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
A police spokesperson confirmed the group fled on foot when officers arrived on the scene about 10.15pm.
“A 27-year-old Officer man was arrested nearby,” she said.
Witness Shabz Pandey has told The Herald Sun at least 20 people were involved in the brawl.
He said the altercation began at a pub that has traditionally attracted Melbourne Victory fans.
Earlier in the night there were also fireworks on the field as both teams scrambled in stoppage time to find a match-winning goal.
City has not defeated their Melbourne rivals since April, 2023.
