Tasmania JackJumpers unveil new look for 2024-25 NBL season

The Tasmania JackJumpers have unveiled a new look for their NBL title defence with the league introducing a new logo to honour the achievement. See it here and when you can buy yours.

The Tasmania JackJumpers will have a fresh look to their NBL title defence.

The Jackies have released their new jersey for the upcoming season which will feature a gold NBL logo for the first time.

It is an NBL league driven initiative which will honour the reigning champions an honour the club said it is “humbled” to receive.

“We are incredibly proud to be the first team to wear the gold NBL logo, symbolizing our achievement as last season’s champions,” said JackJumpers chief executive Christine Finnegan.

“However, this accomplishment is not just about us—it’s about our entire community, our partners, and the state of Tasmania. The gold logo represents the collective effort that went into our success, and we wear it with pride and humility.”

A JackJumpers’ statement said “wearing the map of Tasmania on our backs is a reminder that we carry the pride of the entire island with us”.

The topography element of the jersey design depicts the rugged landscapes which define Tasmania, with Cradle Mountain in the Central Highlands taking centre stage. This feature highlights the strength and resilience inherent in both the team and state.

The new look singlets will be presented at the club’s 2024-25 season launch and jersey presentation Friday, August 30.

Fans will be able to buy the new jersey from Wednesday, September 4 at 10am online via the official NBL store and official JackJumpers store.
