WNBA star sparks social media frenzy with ‘topless’ presser

A WNBA rookie has sent social media into meltdown after images from her introductory press conference left jaws on the floor.

WNBA star Elizabeth Kitley has raised eyebrows during an introductory press conference for the Las Vegas Aces.

The 23-year-old was picked up by the Aces during the 2024 draft, but was inactive for her first season after suffering an ACL injury.

After putting pen to paper on her contract, the 198cm centre, was unveiled alongside Jewell Loyd ahead of the 2025 WNBA season.

But it was Kitley who stole the show with one image of the basketball star sending the internet into meltdown.

As Kitley held up her number 33 Aces jersey, it appeared she had nothing else on behind it which caught the eye of fans on social media.

Unfortunately for those ogling the image, the reality is Kitler was wearing a strapless top which was hidden when she held the jersey up.

The Aces star saw the commotion the photos of her were causing online and took to Instagram to address the matter.

“Excellent execution by me,” Kitley wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the press conference.

Loyd had no such issues with her press conference attire with the WNBA star joining the Aces following a blockbuster offseason trade.

The Aces, Los Angeles Sparks and Seattle Storm completed a three-team trade which sent Loyd to Las Vegas, Kelsey Plum to the Sparks and a host of draft picks to the Storm.
