A haunting final photo of Shane Warne captured the cricket star strolling through his luxury Thai villa just hours before his death.

The cricket legend died from a sudden heart attack at the age of 52 while stay in Koh Samui last Friday.

Warne was seen on CCTV shortly before as he returned to Sumujana Villas with shirts draped over his arm after visiting his tailor Parsuram Panday, reports The Sun.

The dad-of-three was pictured dressed in shorts, a T-shirt and a hat with his phone in his hand as he walked back towards his room for a massage before settling down to watch Australia’s Test cricketers take on Pakistan.

The timestamp on the photo shows the time to be 2.19pm. Warne is thought to have died just hours later.

Warne’s tailor Parsuram, 44, said Warne – who had called in for a suit fitting at midday last Friday – was relishing the prospect of relaxing on the island of Koh Samui.

The star was found collapsed in his room at 5pm by his business manager, Andrew Neophitou, and was declared dead at 7pm.

“I love cricket and Shane Warne was a hero of mine. It was a great privilege to make his suits,” Parsuram said.

“He was due to collect his clothes on Saturday or Sunday so when I saw the news that he had died, I was shocked. I was devastated.

“When he came into the shop he was so happy, strong and full of life and energy.”

After leaving Parsuram’s shop, Warne — who took 708 wickets in 145 Tests over 15 years — snacked on Vegemite on toast with a friend who lives on the island before returning to the villa for a massage.

Warne’s friend Tom Hall has since shared the poignant last photo he took of the cricket great as he smiled brightly into the camera.

Warne had just finished an “extreme” and “ridiculous” 14-day liquid diet, his manager James Erskine has said.

And police say Warne had complained about chest pains and had seen a doctor for his heart just weeks before his death.

Police also cited information from the cricketer’s family confirming he had asthma and heart issues.

Superintendent Yuttana Sirisombat said Warne had experienced chest pains before his death and “had seen a doctor about his heart”.

Meanwhile, two massage girls who were the last to see Warne alive have been quizzed by police.

They were filmed on CCTV arriving at a villa where the cricket great was staying last Friday – but police are not linking them to his death.

WARNE BEING FLOWN HOME FOR STATE FUNERAL

Meanwhile, Warne’s body is set to be flown home today, with Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews confirming the spin king’s state funeral would be held at the MCG on March 30.

Mr Andrews announced the date on Wednesday and shared a website for fans to leave tributes, with the stadium likely to be packed and the event to be livestreamed.

“There’s nowhere in the world more appropriate to farewell Warnie than the ‘G,” Mr Andrews wrote on Twitter.

“Victorians will be able to pay tribute to Shane and his contribution (to) our state, and his sport, at a memorial service at the MCG on the evening of March 30th.

“Info and tickets will be available soon.”

Thai police sources say the Aussie cricket legend, who died from a heart attack in a luxury villa in Thailand on Friday night, will leave by private jet from Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok at 8am, local time, on its way to Melbourne.

The 52-year-old’s body has been in the mortuary of the police hospital in the Thai capital since Tuesday.

Warne, who had been on an extreme 14-day “juice cleanse diet” in the lead up to the trip, was on holiday with friends on the island of Koh Samui, when he was found unresponsive in his villa at around 5pm.

Despite the desperate attempts of his friends and then a paramedic, he could not be revived.

An autopsy at Suratthani Hospital revealed he had died from natural causes.

He was a lifelong smoker and had been to see a doctor for chest pains before his trip.

Thai law means the family of the deceased have to release the body from the mortuary.

However, they have given permission for the Australian Embassy and a lawyer to do it on their behalf.

Warne’s state funeral is expected to be a star-studded event, with Warne’s celebrity singer friends musicians Chris Martin and Ed Sheeran possibly making an appearance.

Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Warne ordered $1500 worth of clothing from Brioni tailors in Koh Samui just hours before he died.

The Aussie star was due to have a fitting and pay for the items on March 8, the date on the receipt. He had not paid a deposit.

The receipt shows Warne, who as a cricket commentator makes a lot of TV appearances, ordered five blazers, 10 long pants, six shorts pants and five T-shirts.

One of his friends also ordered some items.

According to a News Corp source, the tailorhad made the clothes.

The tailor said his manager had told him “not to worry” about the money owed, said the source.

Meanwhile, two of Warne’s three children, Brooke and Jackson, were seen in public for the first time since their father’s death was announced.

They were spotted leaving their mum’s home in Melbourne.

They have a younger sibling Summer, 20, who penned a touching tribute to her dad on Instagram describing her last moments with him jamming to Summer of 69 and I’ve Had The Time Of My Life.

“Talking about how much you loved that song and seeing your smile light up the whole room while we danced and couldn’t stop laughing at each other,” she wrote.

“God you made me laugh dad. Little did I know that was the last time I would ever see you dad.”
