IT’S the latest craze sweeping the NBA and Australia’s Matthew Dellavedova hasn’t escaped having his game mimicked by a hilarious impersonation.
Boston Celtics rookie R.J. Hunter played on Delly’s penchant for diving on loose balls when he was asked to imitate the Cavaliers guard at a recent photo shoot.
Being known primarily for flopping around on the floor like a fish out of water might not be everyone’s cup of tea — but we’re pretty sure Delly would wear it as a badge of honour.
Dellavedova wasn’t the only NBA player in the firing line as the rookies took turns of impersonating stars like LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, James Harden and Dirk Nowitzki.
While they weren’t bad, the rooks have nothing on YouTube sensation Brandon Armstrong, a former NBA D-League player who has racked up millions of views of his takeoffs of Harden, Bryant and most recently flamboyant referee Joey Crawford. Enjoy.
