An ultra-luxury unit complex on the eastern tip of Chevron Island has been launched to the market.
Sherpa Property Group has begun demolition of the 1710sq m Aroona Marina site on Stanhill Drive to make way for the 10-unit boutique Perspective Helm project.
Its units, which will include a pair of two-storey penthouses, start from $3.7m and go as high as $10m.
Sherpa Property Group general manager Daniel Clarke said Gold Coast company LPS Group had been appointed to build the project, which is earmarked for a November 2025 opening.
“This launch represents a strategic move for Sherpa Property Group, underscoring our commitment to delivering high-calibre projects in prime locations,” he said.
“With demolition officially commenced, we anticipate that Perspective Helm will set a new benchmark for luxury riverfront living, combining innovative design with exclusivity.
“The strong local pre-launch inquiries reflect how well our unique offering is resonating with the neighbourhood and we anticipate substantial interstate and international interest due to the project’s exceptional location.”
The complex, which will have 57m frontage on Nerang River, will become home to Chevron Island’s largest marina.
The eight-berth marina will have room for vessels of up to 18m and will sit on the edge of the six-knot zone.
Sherpa is pitching the project as being “designed for a lock-and-leave lifestyle” and spruiking its “range of world-class amenities, including a wellness centre equipped with a spa, ice bath, and infra-red sauna for relaxation”.
