Kate Middleton’s sister Pippa Middleton has used the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations to unveil her baby bump.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister, 38, is “notoriously private” and had not announced that she and her husband James Matthews, 46, are expecting their third child prior to appearance at the Party at the Palace.
Pippa’s representative declined to comment. The former party planner sported a $895 green dress by ME+EM – a minimalist, luxury British fashion label – for the star-studded royal occasion, held outside Buckingham Palace.
Middleton attended the Jubilee concert with Matthews, a hedge fund manager, with whom she shares two children: Arthur, three, and Grace, who is 14-months-old.
Sitting with the couple was Pippa and Kate’s brother, James Middleton.
New York Post reported that Middleton and Matthews were “so happy” at expanding their brood, noting that Pippa is a “natural” mother. The couple tied the knot in 2017, at St Mark’s Church in Englefield.
They live in a $29.5 million mansion in London and keep their young family largely out of the spotlight.
The British press dubbed Pippa “Her Royal Hotness” in the wake of her role as a bridesmaid at Kate and Prince William’s 2011 wedding.
She famously turned heads in a figure-hugging white V-neck dress, designed by Sarah Burton, the creative director of fashion house, Alexander McQueen.
Pippa previously worked in event management and for her parents’ business, Party Pieces, and wrote a much-mocked book, titled Celebrate, in 2012.
Middleton and Matthews, who reportedly began dating in 2012, before splitting, and reuniting in 2015, announced their engagement in 2016, and were married a year later.
Once a fixture on London’s social scene, Pippa attended Wimbledon in 2019 alongside her sister Kate and Meghan Markle, in one of their rare joint appearances before the “Megxit” scandal.
