Why I can't fault my experience with the NBN

I'VE written this a couple of times before but I stand by it: my experience with the National Broadband Network has been nothing but positive.
My first connection to the NBN was in Kumbia back at the start of 2017 through the fixed wireless network.
Back then we heard plenty of complaints about slow speeds that made it difficult to do even basic tasks online.
It was unfortunate to hear, because my experience couldn't have been any different.
We were lucky - the tower was close and Kumbia has only 300 residents.
But that didn't change the fact we had a solid connection I can only recall dropping out a handful of times in 15 months.
That's a better track record than any ADSL connection I can recall.
Now in Toowoomba we have a fibre to the premises connection, and again I don't have a single complaint.
It was connected within 24 hours, is fast and in two months hasn't skipped a beat.
Now clearly the NBN isn't perfect.
We've all heard enough horror stories to work that out.
But few people will pick up the phone to praise their internet connection.
Stories like mine and Roger Klaassen's show it's not all bad.
