A MASSIVE development that will include hundreds of relocatable home sites and a clubhouse is seeking approval to expand.

Set on an 18ha site on Kratzke Rd, Hghfields, the Ruby Developments project was approved by Toowoomba Regional Council in March this year.

Under that approval it will include 223 relocatable dwellings - 70 one or two bedroom dwellings and 163 three bedroom dwellings, a club house, caravan compound, and a sales and display centre.

The developers are seeking to expand the development by an additional 10 relocatable home sites.

The application will go before Toowoomba Regional Council's development assessment panel on Thursday.

It has been recommended for approval.
