What's open in Toowoomba today on the public holiday

MAJOR supermarkets across Toowoomba will be open today.

While most office workers and tradespeople can sit back and relax for the long weekend, some Toowoomba employees are heading to work today like any ordinary Monday. 

Sigh. A long weekend would be nice....

But the rest of us are in luck. The shops are open today all be it, a shorter trading day. 

Coles and Woolworths will be open from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Grand Central will be open from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Clifford Gardens willl be open from  8:30am to 5:30pm.

Clifford Gardens major store Queen's Birthday trading hours:

• Supermarkets: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Big W: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Best & Less: 10:00am - 4:00pm
• Terry White Chemist: 10:00am - 3:00pm
