FLOOD-DAMAGED sections of the Warrego Highway will be restored with $39.4 million allocated in next year's State Budget.
The funding will go towards the $55.1 million cost of restoring sections of the regional highway on the Toowoomba Range, due for completion in December 2013.

"Queensland's road network has experienced an unprecedented level of damage inflicted by multiple natural disaster events since 2011," the budget papers, released on Tuesday, state.
"As a result, the infrastructure program is primarily focused on continuing to reconstruct Queensland's road network to ensure motorists remain safe as they travel throughout the state."
The State Government has also allocated $28 million towards the Toowoomba CBD ring road and $7.5 million towards widening the New England Highway south of Crows Nest.
Under the Royalties for the Regions program, $19.9 million is being provided to a range of projects in the Western Downs and Maranoa council areas.
"We're also providing millions of dollars to make communities in the Darling Downs less susceptible to flooding," Treasurer Tim Nicholls said.
"The Lockyer Valley Regional Council is receiving $2.3 million over two years to undertake flood risk management studies, build levees in Laidley and Forest Hill and improve the capacity of Gatton Creek at Withcott."
A further $4.1 million will be spent over five years to support high-value horticultural production and processing enterprises in the Balonne and Border Rivers irrigation areas.
Toowoomba Hospital is receiving $9.8 million for upgrades while $1.1 million is going to Stanthorpe Hospital to upgrade maternity services.
