A UNIT block on one of Toowoomba's most sought-after streets has been placed on the market.
The four-unit brick block at 99 Campbell St is going for $975,000.
Each of the four units offers two bedrooms as well as lounge-dining areas, generous kitchens, air conditioning, outdoor entertainment areas and single carports.
Remax agent Daniel Burrett said in the property listing the building was located 600m from the Botanic Gardens and Queens Park.
"Two of the units have been renovated and two are yet to undergo a renovation offering an excellent chance to further value-add," he said.
The buyer won't be able to move into the block straight away though, with all four units currently rented out.
"All four units are currently tenanted with a gross rent of $1,085 per week, roughly 5.8 to 6 per cent return," the description said.
"They have long leases, the first falling due in July 2018, one in February 2019 and the other two in March 2019."
