Two teenagers are set to face court after a stolen car crash on the Gold Coast on Friday night that put a woman in hospital.

Police tracked a silver Toyota Camry allegedly stolen from Balmoral on March 10, from Runcorn to Coomera.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said Polair saw the car leave the Pacific Motorway onto the Old Pacific Highway at Coomera, then collide with another car on the roundabout near Foxwell Rd and Whitewater Way, near Whitewater World.

The stolen car had five occupants, aged between 13 and 17 the QPS spokeswoman said.

The driver and sole-occupant of the other car, a woman in her 30s, was rushed to hospital in a stable condition with minor chest injuries, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said.

Paramedics also took two teenage girls and a teenage boy to hospital in stable conditions, and assessed an adult man on scene who declined transport to hospital, a QAS spokesman said.

A 15-year-old Keperra boy, who police allege was driving the stolen camry, was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation of a vehicle, failing to provide a breath specimen, and driving without a licence, a QPS spokeswoman said.

A passenger of the stolen Toyota Camry, a 13-year-old Oxley girl, was charged with three counts of wilful damage and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

They are both remanded in custody, and are due to appear in the Southport Childrens Court on Monday, March 17.

Police investigations into the incident are continuing, as police call for anyone who may have footage in the area around the time of the incident to come forward.
