While this story isn’t exactly local it deserves a mention as it was our highest reaching post on Facebook for 2020 with a reach of more than 1.4 million people with almost 900 reactions and 1100 comments.
The story delved into The Crown season four becoming a big problem for Charles and Camilla.
2. Post: A 20-year-old woman who worked as a head pastry chef at a 5-star Gold Coast restaurant at 15 has come back to her hometown to open an incredible patisserie and residents can’t get enough.
Tins and Trays in Gatton is always bustling with people and it appears the story was also a hit online with thousands wanting to know about the new business.
Sophie Litzow opened Tins and Trays on Railway St to sell her amazing baked goods with specialities including sweets, croissants and eclairs.
She also offers breakfast and lunch dine-in and has a takeaway menu too which includes coffee.
3. Post: Clifton State High School students donned their dresses and suits and headed to the City Golf Club for their school formal last week.
A 30-second video showing a snippet of the Clifton State High School students was a hit on Facebook with a reach of more than 100,000.
Thousands of people were viewing and commenting on it, saying how amazing everyone looked.
