SOMETIMES it's hard to keep up with our ever-changing food scene.
Just this week The Chronicle has reported on two new venues that have opened their doors to the public in recent weeks.
It's clearly a booming sector for the Garden City, and it's great to see so many people embracing their entrepreneurial spirit.
Take the new owners of Burrow for instance.
Tasch Egger and Clemence Demouzon have realised their dream in opening a cafe on Bridget St, and are already seeing success at the new venue.
It can't be an easy sector to break into, so I applaud anyone who is willing to take that leap.
It's not just the smaller businesses jumping into the Toowoomba scene either - big chains seem more than willing to enter the market.
We have welcomed another one of these in PappaRich, which opened its doors in Grand Central earlier this week.
You just might find your new favourite venue.
