A NEW bakery is opening tomorrow, selling all the usual delicious, flaky, tasty baked goods, as well as Vietnamese street food.
Urban Bakehouse will open at Northpoint Shopping Centre, with owners Rosa and Tung Vo bringing their Brisbane business to town.
Urban Bakehouse will sell pies, sausage rolls, breads, toasted sandwiches, sandwiches, rolls, slices and birthday cakes.
But, as something a little different it will also sell Vietnamese street food such as banh mi, noodle bowls, rice paper rolls and skewers.
Ms Vo said everything was made fresh and Urban Bakehouse catered for all customers, with vegetarian and gluten-free food.
"We are very excited to bring our Brisbane store to Toowoomba," she said.
"We have a lot of customers from Toowoomba telling us that there isn't anything like us in town so we thought it would be a good idea.
"We're hoping the community will come and support us."
Urban Bakehouse is located outside Coles and will open from 6am with 100 free cupcakes to giveaway.
