The Chronicle covers Toowoomba's sporting community.

It’s been an enormous year for the sportswomen and men of Toowoomba – from countless player signings to historic wins and losses.

The year started with local sport wiped due to a snap lockdown in the southeast, but ended with rugby star Demi Hayes leading the Australian Rugby Sevens team to victory in Dubai.

The team of Chronicle photographers were there for every moment, from all the highs to all the lows.
