The ultimate partnership in customer convenience is set to arrive in Toowoomba as a new partnership between IGA and food delivery service DoorDash soon takes off.

Over 100 IGA stores in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Cairns, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Wollongong, Rockhampton, Townsville, Albury and Bathurst have recently announced the partnership with more locations to follow soon.
The new service will provide customers with speedy delivery of groceries from their local IGA store, direct to their front door within as little as 45 minutes.

Head of enterprise partnerships in Australia, Chase Gardner said DoorDash was pleased to be partnering with IGA to support family-owned businesses and the local communities they serve.

“Reaching more than 75 per cent of Australians across the country, DoorDash is in a great position to support IGA’s network of stores nationwide and provide customers with convenient, reliable and cashless store-to-door deliveries,” he said.

The IGA partnership marks DoorDash’s first national grocery offering in Australia, as the platform expands beyond restaurants into grocery, convenience, retail and more.

To celebrate its grocery debut, DoorDash will be offering customers $5 off for every $40 spent from Thursday, February 25 until Wednesday, March 3.
