The company tasked with maintaining the Toowoomba Bypass says it will conduct resurfacing works on the road over the next two weeks.
A spokeswoman for Nexus Infrastructure said night works would occur on the Toowoomba Bypass for two weeks from today, November 9.
“The works, to resurface the road in short sections between Helidon Spa and the Warrego Highway West interchange at Charlton, will take place Monday to Friday between 6pm and 6am, weather permitting,” the spokeswoman said.
“The bypass will remain open to traffic during these works. However, traffic control and lane closures will be in place during these work hours.
“Safety of the travelling public is our highest priority so please follow all signage, speed limits and traffic control during these works.”
