EVERYTHING'S better in drag - so why not Bingo?
Glamour, fun, and plenty of sass is on the cards this February as the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation prepares to host its first Drag Queen Bingo Extravaganza.
And it's all for a good cause.
The foundation will be raising money for the Toowoomba Hospital Paediatric Unit as part of the Triple M Darling Downs Give me 5 for Kids Appeal.
Taking to the stage at the City Golf Club on Saturday, February 15, bingo-goers will delight in the antics of their hosts Dylicious Sweetz and Anna Bee as they call the numbers on a bingo game with a twist.
Foundation CEO Alison Kennedy said the foundation was excited to be able to bring a new and exciting event to the table.
"We've never done anything like this before, so we're very excited to bring a bit of glamour, lots of fun, and definitely heaps of sass to your Nanna's bingo game," she said.
Anna Bee said the evening would be filled with "naughty but safe jokes" and ensure everyone had a great night.
Tickets to the event, which will run from 8-10pm, are $45 per person and include a drink on arrival, shared cheese platters, prizes, lucky draws and entertainment, as well as live bingo.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.toowoombahospitalfoundation.org.au.
