If you’re looking to dress up and head out this Halloween, there are a number of events happening around town next weekend.

You can dress up and party, dine in or even hang out with your pug this year.

On Saturday, October 31 there will be trick-or-treaters out in the streets and people partying across town.

Here are 5 spooky Halloween events in Toowoomba:

1. The Cube Hotel

The Cube Hotel is hosting a costume party at its Sky Bar.

Starting at 7pm, Witch Better Have My Candy is a night filled with food, drinks and plenty of games.

People are encouraged to come along dressed up, with prizes on offer.

2. The Tatts Hotel

The Tatts Hotel is celebrating its 10th annual Halloween party and inviting everyone to celebrate.

With COVID-19 the owners have said things will “be a little different” but still promise a night of fun.

Starting at 9pm it will be one of the biggest and spookiest nights of the year with prizes on offer for best dressed.

3. Hotel Norville

The Hotel Norville is transforming into a spooky wonderland across the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

There will be special scary cocktails and craft beer options.

People are required to book their seat and are encouraged to dress up.

There will be live music in the beer garden.

4. Hola

This is the first year HOLA-WEEN is being held at Hola in the Walton Stores precinct.

Come along dressed up and enjoy drinks and Spanish tapas from 5pm to midnight.

The night is described as being full of “tricks and delicious treats.”

There will be prizes for the best costume.

5. Black Gully Park

Pugoween is being held at Black Gully Park on Sunday, November 1 from 9am.

Pug owners are encouraged to come along and dress up their pugs.

It’s a morning to mingle with other pug owners and enjoy some food.
