DUMPLING lovers rejoice - there is a new place in town where you can order mouth-watering 'fusion style' dumplings and delicious Asian sides.

Double Dragon Dumplings has arrived in Toowoomba, after launching in Melbourne and it offers every flavour dumpling you could imagine.

The business operates out of a ghost kitchen at Westridge Shopping Centre meaning there is no store front, with the food available for delivery on Uber Eats.

A ghost kitchen refers to a professional food preparation and cooking facility set up for the preparation of delivery-only meals.

It's not the first of its kind in Toowoomba, with Supreme Leader also operating out of a ghost kitchen at the same shopping complex.

It was brought to town by Jason Lindfors who also operates a number of eateries including Supreme Leader and Pattysmiths.

Double Dragon Dumplings is his latest offering, with it already being a success.

Customers can order from 11am daily and the menu consists of meals for singles or families.

Signature dumplings include chicken and ginger, pork and chive, prawn hagrow, premium vegetable, pork shu mai and chestnut prawn wontons.

It has also created 'East Meets West' fusion dumplings which include lamb souvlaki fried dumplings, classic cheeseburger fried dumplings, butter chicken bomb fried dumplings and Mexican taco fried dumplings.

It also offers pot stickers as well as rice and noodle dishes.
