Watch out for flying cream pies, tiny cars and enormous shoes – these school holidays the clowns are taking over Toowoomba as part of the Empire Theatre’s Homegrown 2021 Program.
You Me Three Clown Co is bringing its hilarious 45 minute show The Most Spectacular Cake! to life for all ages to enjoy.
The You Me Three Clown Co is made up of three Toowoomba talents including, artistic director and USQ human services lecturer, David Steggall and USQ bachelor of creative arts theatre graduates and professional clowns Ashlynn Pairgi and Wren Condren.
Following the misadventures of world-famous head chef Wren Auclair as they attempt to make the cake of all cakes to win their famous father’s love and approval.
Chef Wren is assisted by the blundering and overeager junior chef Ash as they aim for perfection.
Sure to delight all the children in your life (young and young at heart) by creating mess, mayhem and manic laughter all over the stage.
Tickets are $15 each or you can enjoy the show with family and friends for a discounted price of $12 each for groups of more than five, while children under five can enter for free.
Shows are running at 9.30am and 11.30am on Thursday, April 15 and Saturday, April 17.
