ORGANISERS behind the popular Grammar Art Show will bring the online store back for next year's edition, following the incredible success of the current event.
Co-ordinator Rebecca Statton said more than $150,000 has been raised from the sale of artworks at the show this year, an achievement considering the art show had to be moved online due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
"The actual community of artists have been incredible with promoting the show online," she said.
"It's led to Toowoomba artists being embraced all over the world - our local artists' works are now in homes in Melbourne, Perth, Tasmania and Alabama.
"Once we were made uncomfortable because of COVID-19, we tried something different and it's been a huge success."
Ms Statton said next year's show would again feature the online store, while retaining the opening night.
Money raised from the show goes to the Toowoomba Grammar School's P and F, while funds from a raffle go to the Toowoomba Hospice.
The physical art show's pop-up exhibits shut tomorrow at 4pm, with the online store closing later that day.
The exhibits are on the intersection of Margaret and Ruthven Sts, and at the Longs Quarter on Margaret St.
