How nursery is adapting to social distancing restrictions

A Toowoomba nursery has started delivering plants in order to adapt to coronavirus restrictions.

DANIELLE Moloney knows how important the availability of plants is to residents of the Garden City, which is why she adapted the services of her nursery to allow for social distancing requirements.

Ms Moloney runs Pots Plants Garden Nursery in Cranley and has started taking bookings for on-property visits to browse the plants, as well as doing deliveries of plants and gardening supplies.

"People can set a time through our Facebook page, so I can help them one at a time," Ms Moloney said.

"Over the past few weeks I've been communicating with people by phone.

"If they know what they want I can snap some photos and send them through.

"I also do deliveries.

"It's lovely gardening weather."

Ms Moloney's said she focuses on bromeliads, tropical plants, as well as indoor plants and native grasses.

To book a visit to Ms Moloney's nursery, search Pots Plants on Facebook or call 0477 161 560
