Councillor Tim McMahon has taken aim at the “mindless’’ graffiti artists who sprayed crudely drawn penises and obscenities onto a footpath in Queens Park.

The Toowoomba Regional Council Parks and Recreation Services portfolio leader said there was “no excuse” for vandalising public or private property.

“Recent vandalism in Queens Park, where footpaths have been spray-painted with offensive graffiti, requires cleaning and repairs,” Cr McMahon said.
