Darling Downs women in business have a unique opportunity to connect and develop, with a new event series organised by Sharné Consulting.

The Toowoomba-based personal development consulting firm is co-ordinating a series of breakfast events in Toowoomba called Grow and Expand to educate and empower business women.

The events will be six breakfasts, each with a different guest speaker who will focus on a unique topic and will be hosted by Caitlin Crowley and take place in the iconic Toowoomba venue Gips restaurant.

The series will kick off on February 2 with guest speaker Alisha Weston, a clinical psychologist, holistic therapist, mentor and yoga teacher - her talk will focus on discussing purpose and alignment.

Alisha Weston will be speaking at the first event of the Grow and Expand series on February 2.

Sharné Consulting chief executive consultant, Sharné Lategan said the breakfasts will help women in business develop personally and professionally.

“(We aim to make) personal and professional development easy, affordable, enjoyable and relevant by providing a high-quality platform where women can draw from each other’s experiences and wisdom, while at the same time foster meaningful connections, business relationships and support networks,” Ms Lategan said.

There is a breakfast event scheduled every month until July, with a diverse range of guest speakers.
