MILLIONAIRE property developer Clive Berghofer has been approved to seal the latest stage of his massive subdivision north of Toowoomba.
The Toowoomba Regional Council this week sealed a 53-lot subdivision already approved for Mr Berghofer's company Jeteld Pty Ltd for a large parcel of land at Kleinton.
The land, located off Webcke Cr, is part of Mr Berghofer's Highfields North housing estate in the area.
The subdivision would also create 1.2 hectares of road, including the extension of Webcke Cr and Thurston St.
According to the Clive Berghofer Sales website, the construction of stage eight of the project has started, with stage seven now selling.
"Blocks range from 800sq m to 1200sq m and are sewered and connected to NBN, town water and underground power," the website said.
"On completion the overall estate will include 430 lots over 10 stages with a park, oval and two detention basins."
Jeteld submitted new survey plans to reflect discussions with the council.
