A $20 million subdivision is transforming the northern face of Cranley.

Bulk earthworks have nearly finished at The Views Sanctuary Rise, a 97-lot residential project being undertaken by Discovery Property Group.

DPG special projects manager Tony Robards said the parcels of land were "really quite magnificent, as far as the northerly views are concerned and they're all stepped down".

"It's really prestigious land that overlooks 50ha of Cranley Park."

Mr Robards said that with the combined first home buyers incentives from the State and Federal Governments, there was plenty of interest in the land.

"We've sold 10 (lots) already and we're nearly finished the bulk earthworks," he said.

He expected the blocks, which average 657 sq m in size, to be complete by late November to early December.

Hutchinson Builders are completing the civil works, while Kehoe Myers have been acting as engineers.

Mr Robards said he was inviting all local agents and builders to inquire to assist with selling the land, which starts at $178,500.

More than 25 people are currently employed on the site, and Mr Robards said he expected another 40 to be employed over the next six months.

"Some agents have been meeting on site in the last couple of weeks where we've been able to take people and show them the blocks," he said.

"They're not pegged out but people can get an idea of the views."
