THREE people were hospitalised after a two-vehicle crash on the Warrego Hwy.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Brimblecombe Rd, near the Farm Fest site, about 5.50pm on Tuesday.
An ambulance spokeswoman said a 60-year-old woman was suffering neck pain, a 15-year-old boy sustained a head injury and another female patient was being treated for back pain.
They were all taken to Toowoomba Hospital.
