A LUXURY home in Rangeville is set to go under the hammer in March.
The home, located at 11 South St, is set on 1096 square metres of landscaped grounds, which include outdoor wooden decks and a 12.5 metre pool that snakes around the building.
It features five bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
There is also Blackbutt timber flooring, high ceilings, ducted air conditioning, a study nook and a large media room.
On the bottom level of the three-storey home is a cellar, workshop and double garage.
The auction will take place at the home on March 3.
