A man seen acting in an indecent manner at West Beach may have also been involved in similar behaviour in the area and police are appealing for information, police allege.

Between 12pm and 2pm on Monday, November 11, a man was spotted acting “in an indecent manner” on the beach adjacent Seaview Rd, police say.

Police say the man was described as being about 60 years old with a tan complexion and grey hair.

He was wearing an olive-green T-shirt, black shorts and black sunglasses.

It is believed the man may have also been involved in similar behaviour in the Henley Beach South and West Beach areas over the past week.

Police are asking people with information on the man’s identity, or on anyone seen behaving in an indecent manner to contact them immediately on 131 444 and quote reference number 291837.
