Amy Lohf in court over alleged drunken boat crash at Mannum that seriously injured swimmer
A woman charged after another woman swimming in the River Murray was seriously injured in an alleged drunken boat crash has faced court for the first time.

A woman has appeared in court after allegedly hitting a swimmer while drunk driving a boat on Australia Day.
On Tuesday, Amy Michelle Lohf appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court from the Murray Bridge cells.
Magistrate Simon Smart heard police prosecutors were not opposed to Ms Lohf being granted bail – as long as she did not reside in Mannum.
Despite the submission from police prosecution, Ms Lohf was granted bail to return to her home address in Mannum.
The 43-year-old from Mannum was arrested after emergency services were called just before 7pm to the River Murray in Mannum after reports a woman had been struck by a boat on Sunday night.
A 20-year-old Mannum woman was taken to the local hospital before being flown to Adelaide with serious injuries.
Ms Lohf has been charged with aggravated cause serious harm by dangerous driving and leave accident scene after causing serious harm.
She is yet to enter any pleas.
Police allege she returned a positive reading of 0.142 but further forensic blood alcohol analysis was outstanding.
Court documents allege she had a prescribed blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more.
She was remanded on bail and will appear in court again in May.
