TOOWOOMBA'S most popular renovating couple is working on their biggest and most expensive project yet.

The Reno Lads, Baden and Nelson Marino-Hall, announced Project Newtown in December last year and have now given their followers a walk-through of the house they will be transforming.

The renovation of the $245,000 two-bedroom cottage will cost about $150,000 and includes a swimming pool, multiple stone bathtubs and a marble fireplace.

In the video, uploaded last week, Baden takes viewers through the house explaining what changes will be made over the next nine months.

The closed-in veranda will be opened up once again, the lounge room will become a guest bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite, the original kitchen with its green retro cupboards will go, as will the carpeted bathroom, and a double garage will be added.

It appears these changes, among others, will see the whole house get an overhaul and if the pair's work in the past is anything to go by - the results will make for an amazing home.

The couple's most recent project, 75 Geoffrey St in Mt Lofty, sold for $525,000 after they bought it for just $340,000.

Other renovations include Queenslanders in East Toowoomba, South Toowoomba and Centenary Heights.
