With Matildas fever hitting a breaking point across the country, eager fans of the sport have been gathering en masse at viewing sites and the region’s pubs to get around the girls making Australia proud.

With the Semi finals on Saturday hitting a massive 7m viewers, Rose City fans have a variety of locations to watch the game and support the girls around the region.

Warwick Wolves’ club house will be showing the semi finals tonight, with kick off on the big screen from 8pm.

While many pubs around the region will be showing the game, there’s no better venue than the Condamine Sports Club on Palmerin Street.

With the venue promising everyone “will have the best seat in the house,” the Condy is wheeling out a massive screen as well as their many tvs around the venue.

“Even if you don't love soccer, we all love the country we live in,” the venue wrote on Facebook.

The Southern Downs Regional Council also announced they would be lighting up several sites across the region in honour of the Australian girls ahead of the biggest game of the competition.

Warwick Town Hall and Weeroona Park at Stanthorpe will be lit up green and gold to support the Matildas on Wednesday night.

“This team has taken Australia where we’ve never been before … and they’re not done yet,” the statement said.
