QLD, NSW fireys called to Boggabilla house fire
A tiny border town has watched another home go up in flames. Here’s what we know.

Emergency services had an early start across the border after a fire began in abandoned home.
It is understood the property on Merriwa St in Boggabilla became engulfed in flames just after midnight on Sunday.
Queensland Fire and Rescue and NSW rural firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the blaze, with the structure fully alight upon arrival.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said crews had contained the fire around 1am.
Queensland Ambulance also attended the scene, however no patients were reported.
While it’s not yet clear how Sunday’s fire began, it’s now among a number of recent structure fires in the community.
A fire investigator was called in to determine what caused a fire to erupt in the garage of a property on Yeoman St on December 10, destroying the vehicle’s inside.
Back in November, police and fire investigations into another house fire on Merriwa St, which was believed to have been unoccupied, was later revealed to be non-suspicious.
