A teenager was flown to hospital in a serious condition after a crash involving a ute and a harvester west of Brisbane on Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened at Forest Hill Fernvale Road, Lynford at around 4.20pm.
Early investigations suggest a VW Amarok utility and a harvester were travelling in opposite directions on Forest Hill Fernvale Rd through Lynford when they collided, causing the ute to leave the road.
Firefighters used cutting gear to remove the roof from the ute and free the driver and sole occupant from the vehicle, a male in his late teens.
He was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition with a leg injury.
The driver of the harvester was not physically injured.
Anyone with dashcam or CCTV of the moments leading up to the crash is urged to contact police.
