A teenage girl is fighting for life and three others injured after their car smashed into a tree on the Gold Coast.
Queensland Police were called to reports of a single vehicle into a tree on Rix Drive in Upper Coomera, at 9.11pm on Tuesday.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said three females aged in their teens sustained head injuries but are in a stable condition and were transported to Gold Coast University Hospital.
The female teen driver of the vehicle was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a potentially life-threatening condition.
It is understood the occupants of the vehicle are assisting police.
