A SUNSHINE Coast company that says it's 'just having a go' has cracked the United States real estate market in a big way with its suite of products that enhance agents ability to sell.

BoxBrownie director Brad Fillipino who is in New York for the USA's largest expo of real estate technology said that market now represented 75% of its business globally.

The Inman Connect Expo would expose the company's products to 4000 to 5000 directors and leading sales people from agencies across the country.

The photo editing start up will use the expo to launch the world's first commercial 360 image editing service.

Attendees at the conference would be the first to see 360 images virtually staged, enhanced and items removed and accessible via a cloud based platform.

"We have been working to make 360 images, for the use in real estate marketing, accessible to everyone. In the past it has been expensive to create and low quality, so not viable for all kinds of property," Mr Filippino said.

"BoxBrownie.com is the first company to commercially produce enhanced, virtually staged and remove items form 360 images."

The service aims for a 24 to 48 hour turn around.

The company was also developing a technique to edit HDR bracketed 360 images, a process of overlaying multiple exposures to create one perfect photo, commonly only used by professional photographers.

"360 cameras, such as the Ricoh Theta S, have the functionality to bracket 360 images which is excellent for photographers looking to gain the high level of photo quality generally only seen in standard images," Mr Filliponi said.

"Our goal is to enable everyone to create high quality images, from 360, panoramic to standard photos, no matter the format."

BoxBrownie has recently acquired new premises in Norval Court, Maroochydore, with plans for a mid-February opening.

Mr Fillipino said despite the USA now providing 75% of the company's business it would remain based on the Sunshine Coast for as long as possible.

It was also looking to expand business in the United Kingdom and was ramping up its photographer booking network which he described as the Uber of photography.

It allows agents to go online to book photographic services.
