A LUXURY mixed use development in Noosa is nearing completion and has already sold $130 million in property.
The first apartments within Altum Property Group's Parkridge Noosa development are expected to be liveable next month.
The development offers villas, apartments and townhouses minutes from the popular Hastings St.
Parkridge sales director Jeremy Gilmore said the first of the precinct's residents were due to move into the villas in July.
"The Parkridge Villas were a huge success from a sales perspective with buyers eager to embrace the unique lifestyle on offer,” he said.
"We've recorded $130 million in sales since the project was launched in late 2017 and we've sold villas, apartments and townhouses to a range of buyers who are attracted to the project's unique tranquil lifestyle as well as easy access to the picturesque Noosa Springs Golf and Spa Resort which includes one of the best golf courses on the Sunshine Coast.”
Parkridge Noosa features two, three and four bedroom apartments and villas, two 25m lap pools, a gymnasium, café and a convenience store set amongst 2,500m2 of parkland.
Hutchinson Builders area manager Michael Michell said Parkridge Noosa was one of the largest projects that his team had taken on in the region.
"We are making great progress on site with the first 35 apartments in stage two heading towards completion in the next few months while the 45 luxury terrace homes which overlook Lake Weyba are due for completion at the end of the year,” he said.
"It's great to be working with the Altum Property Group along with the project architects Blackburne Jackson design, we've undertaken a number of projects together over the years so we know we are building a high quality product for the discerning buyer.
"We feel a great sense of pride in the fact that we can provide some long term employment opportunities for the many local tradespeople who are working on this project.”
The properties are on sale and range from $660,000 up to $2.5 million for four bedroom villas with panoramic water views of Lake Weyba.
