She said the growth of her business was “crazy”.
“I feel so lucky and grateful that I get to wake up everyday, work on my own business, work for myself and work with so many incredible clients that are now worldwide,” she said.
“When your sitting there talking to a client that is in Amsterdam, I don’t think anything beats that.
“You are changing people’s lives every day in some small way and making them feel good and helping them better their lives and themselves, it’s very rewarding.”
From girls who struggle with binge eating and food guilt to those with a negative relationship with exercise, Miss Dixon said she always knew she wanted to help females in their fitness journeys.
“Online there is a lot of different opinions in regards to body image and training and I know that I always want to stand for every single girl and every type of girl,” she said.
“You can really build a strong relationship with the clients and when you start to dive deep into their past and where they are at and you can work through mindset shifts and blocks that they have so it’s amazing.
“I’m so proud of every client that achieves their goals and has that physical transformation, but hearing how much their perception of fitness has shifted is incredible.
“It’s very rewarding to know you had a small part in that.”
She said unrealistic content consumed by females on social media can leave them feeling “empty” and confused.
“Social media is an amazing platform, but you have to be very aware of the content you consume,” she said.
“You will never be perfect with your fitness, but that’s not the point it has to be realistic and maintainable.
“I want my girls to achieve real and realistic results so that they can last long term.”
