A VACANT industrial site in the well-established Caloundra West Industrial Estate on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Caloundra for $1,175,000.
The 4000sq m property at 19 Enterprise Street, Caloundra West, was sold to Coastline BMW by Ray White Commercial Caloundra's Alan Gray and Len Greedy.
Mr Gray said Coastline BMW plan to build a state-of-the-art service centre on the site.
"Coastline BMW will be expanding their highly successful Nicklin Road, Currumundi, dealership," Mr Gray said.
"The new service centre will feature a reception area, customer lounge, 22 service bays and a parts and accessories section."
Mr Greedy said the site was highly sought after due to its proximity to the Caloundra CBD and ease of access to the Bruce Highway.
"There was strong demand for this level rectangular block in the popular Caloundra West Industrial Estate," he said.
Coastline BMW was founded in 1987 by the late Karl Kurz and today is owned and operated by Karl's son, Robert, and grandson, Tristan, together with more than 50 enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff.
Since its inception, the team at Coastline BMW have been passionate about providing quality BMW sales and customer satisfaction.
