THE Park Avenue Group has announced the launch of a $55 million beachside residential apartment project at Buddina.

THE Park Avenue Group has announced the launch of a $55 million beachside residential apartment project at Buddina.

To be called The Hedge, the development is close to schools, bus links, major shopping and professional services including the new $2 billion Kawana Health Precinct.

Lorna Willis of Park Avenue Group said construction was expected to start mid-2016 and be completed by 2017.

The Hedge will offer one, two and three bedroom apartments up to 134sqm in size over five levels.

The Hedge will be home to its own boutique wine bars, cafes, restaurants and specialty stores.

Residents will also enjoy their own private swimming pool, spa and gym, exclusive ocean-view rooftop garden with barbecue facilities, terrace garden retreat and Parisian-influenced café courtyard.
