One patient has been transported to hospital following a three-vehicle crash on the Bruce Hwy near Yandina on Saturday morning.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said crews were called to the scene at 9.45am following reports a car towing a caravan or trailer had rolled and collided with other vehicles.

The patient was taken to the Sunshine Coast University hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said one lane had been blocked and motorists travelling southbound were to expect delays.

This comes after a woman was killed and three others injured, including a child, in a serious Bruce Highway crash near Gympie on Friday afternoon.
