Mystery crash on D’Aguilar Highway, followed by three car collision
One call for help left emergency crews puzzled after they arrived at a D’Aguilar Highway crash scene to find nobody there while crews were also called to a second crash on the same highway soon after.

A call for help in the Somerset region on Saturday left emergency crews puzzled, after they arrived at a crash scene to find no one there, only to be called to another accident minutes later.
Emergency crews responded to a single vehicle crash into a ditch on the D’Aguilar Highway near Moore just after 9.30am.
It’s understood the caller said a woman in her 20s needed help.
However, when responders arrived at the scene, there was no one there.
A blue sedan had crashed into an embankment near the turn off for Dam Creek Rd, but after searching the area for more than 30 minutes and not locating the patient, paramedics left the scene.
Less than an hour later, emergency crews were called to another crash scene on the D’Aguilar Highway.
The three-car crash happened at Woolmar at the Esk Kilcoy Road intersection around 10.30am.
Five people were assessed for injuries, with two patients declining transport to hospital.
Three patients reportedly had suffered injuries – one with neck pain, one with a headache and another with abdominal pain.
Two people were taken to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition.
All vehicles were off the road shortly after the incident and the road remained open.
