1. Free family concert

LISTEN to the sounds of movie magic at the South Burnett Community Orchestra’s free concert on Saturday.
The doors of the Kingaroy Town Hall will open at 5pm for a 5.30pm show.
The show will share music from popular films and also feature a joint performance with the orchestra choir.
2. Get a catch
Saturday
LEARN from some of the best anglers around at a free open day.
Kingaroy Sport Fishing Club is holding its open day on Saturday at Bjelke-Petersen Dam.
The session will run from 8.30am-11am. Children must be a minimum of eight years old and participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3 . Christmas dance
Saturday 8pm
GET into the Christmas spirit this weekend at the Inverlaw Hall Christmas Dance.
The dance will be held at the hall on Burrandowan Rd from 8pm until late on Saturday.
Music will be provided by Mystique and there will be supper provided.
Admission will be $10 for adults and $5 for high school students.
4 . Firies Day Out
Sunday
TAKE some time out to give back to our tireless firefighters.
A concert fundraiser will run from 1-7pm at The Com on Sunday in support of South Burnett rural firefighters.
The concert will feature live music, raffle prizes and a celebrity auction.
5 . Swim some laps
Sunday, 10am
KINGAROY swimming pool is holding a Swimathon this Sunday from 10am-noon.
Turn up and swim some laps with your team in support of the firies.
The inflatable course will be up after the event and will be free for all Swimathon participants.
