ANDERSSON'S Fruit Market will be offering customers free coffees for the month of Movember.
From 6.30-7.30am on weekdays, the store will be giving out free barista-made coffees for customers and Movember supporters alike.
"I have family friends who get behind the Movember movement every year and we thought this would be a great way to show our support," owner Abigail Andersson said.
The offer isn't just an opportunity for people to get a free morning brew.
"We want to encourage everyone who is involved with Movember to come down and get their free coffee, as well as any community members who feel like a bit of a catch up and a chat. We really want to focus on building a sense of community," Mrs Andersson said.
There is a donation jar on display for people to put a couple of dollars towards the worthy cause, which aims to raise awareness for men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental illness.
Andersson's have also initiated a monthly meet-up opportunity for South Burnett community groups such as Kingaroy Dance Academy and the Kingaroy Men's Shed.
The monthly meet-ups take place in the carpark beside the fruit shop and events can range from fundraising barbecues to car boot sales.
"We don't really mind what the meet-ups entail. For us it's all about encouraging community spirit," Mrs Andersson said.
