The roof of a house has collapsed after a fire broke out south of Brisbane on Monday morning.
Emergency services responded to a house fire around 3.50am on Cowper Ave in the Logan suburb of Eagleby.
The house was engulfed by flames, with the roof collapsing as a result.
Six fire crews were on scene battling the fire at multiple angles.
The fire was brought under control about 4.30am, with the investigation into its cause continuing.
Another fire broke out early on Monday School St in Fortitude Valley, after an explosion around 4.45am.
Four fire crews battled the blaze for 15 minutes with the street blocked for traffic.
It was understood that a car was burst into flames, but the cause was unknown.
No patients were reported while paramedics were on scene for both fires.
