A ROMA security guard was left covered bitemarks and bruises after an unprovoked attack by Myanna Rose Lake at a local pub.
She came before the Roma Magistrates Court on August 5 on assault and public nuisance charges.
The court heard Lake assaulted a security guard at the Commonwealth Hotel on July 18 while intoxicated.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Heather Whiting said Lake was at a party at Luff Street on April 24 when police attended due to a disturbance.
"The defendant approached police and started yelling, 'go kill yourself cocksucker' and, 'because you're a cocksucker motherfucker, I will kick you in the balls motherfucker; can't have kids'," Sgt Whiting said.
"The defendant was then placed under arrest for public nuisance."
Lake lashed out at a police officer while she was being arrested and began kicking the door of the police vehicle as she was being escorted.
"Police were eventually able to talk the defendant into calming down and were able to place her in the rear of the vehicle," Sgt Whiting said.
Lake was also charged with assaulting a security guard at the Commonwealth Hotel in Roma at 11.30pm on Saturday July 18.
Sgt Whiting said the owner of the hotel decided to close on the night in question early due to unruly patrons.
"The defendant has repeatedly approached and verbally abused both police and the security providers," Sgt Whiting said.
"The defendant seemed determined to get involved in a fight and people warned her to move on and not get involved with dealings with other unruly patrons."
As the security guard attempted to move people on, Lake punched the security guard in the stomach unprovoked.
The guard was also hit in the chest and chin with an open palm.
Lake then bit the guard on the arm.
"In the melee he and the defendant fell to the floor," Sgt Whiting said.
While on the ground, Lake bit the guard on his torso multiple times.
Police pulled Lake off of the security guard and she was handcuffed.
The guard was sent to Roma Hospital with the bites causing him ongoing pain, discomfort and bruising.
Solicitor Laurie Parker said Lake's behaviour towards the security guard was "incredibly troubling".
"The main contributing factor to this is alcohol," he said.
Mr Parker said she had five cans of rum and cola, up to six Great Northerns and tequila shots at the Commonwealth Hotel on the night.
"You're not only a risk to yourself but a risk to other people."
Mr Parker said Lake would like to be an aged care worker one day.
"I explained to her very clearly, the door will shut and shut quite firm if she keeps coming back to court," Mr Parker said.
Magistrate Peter Saggers said that if it weren't for Lake's age and lack of history, she would be at risk of a jail sentence.
"You seemed to think it was funny, it's not funny," Magistrate Saggers said.
"If people spoke to you like that, you'd be complaining all over town.
"So, don't look at the ceiling, look at me."
Magistrate Saggers said Lake's life will be "an unhappy one" if she keeps up her behaviour and is disqualified for working in aged care.
She was slapped with two years probation, 150 hours of community service and a banning order for 6 months and a $1000 restitution fine for the security guard's injuries.
Lake's conviction was not recorded.
